Giramathin Oli NGO has concentrated on community development programmes including social and cultural initiatives, hygiene and sanitation, income generating activities, trainings, awareness camps, legal camps, and family counseling. Giramathin Oli chiefly committed to woman empowerment particularly rural women joined in JLG movement to encourage savings and thrift of womenfolk.

Economic self-sufficiency is a critical step for women to take their rightful place in the lives of their families and communities for which Giramathin Oli started its Micro finance activities to JLG by linking them with the banks.

Giramathin Oli offers JLG members market-based skills training so they can find employment or start their own businesses. Our goals are to strengthen women's existing skills and to introduce new skills in traditional and non-traditional fields so women can access to future employment opportunities.
