Giramathin Oli  is a registered Non Profit Organisation (NGO), founded in the year 2013 with the objective of eradicating poverty through livelihood promotion activities through increased access to financial services. The Founder Chairman of Giramthin Oli, Mr.Sakthi Giri, providing loans to the women self-help groups in the rural and urban areas in Chinnasalem region.

Managing Director Mr.S. Sakthi Giri and The General Manager Ms. Megala has always been a guiding light in the cause of women welfare. The main principle of Giramathin oli is the up liftmen of the financial life of rural woman through bank. As an anecdote we have undertaken a joint venture with Pallavan Grama Bank to form Joint Liability groups. More than 24 branches with nearly 6524 Joint Liability groups are benefited in the districts of Salem, Villupuram,Namakkal and Dharmapuri.Many projects like FD, RD, FLAP, PMMY, APY, PMJDY, PMSBY, PMJJBY and Aadhar number has been attached with the bank accounts thereby the groups can enjoy all the government subsidies. The Giramathin oli is proud to hold the record of cent percent loan recovery, this is achieved by the hard work of the committed staff. In additional we conduct many tree plantation, financial literacy programme and water management programmes.
